I'm so bummed I didn't get any pictures, but I can't recommend this place enough. We wanted to go out for a nice brunch for a bachelorette weekend. One of the women recommended the Merc. It was spot on. We got: Bloody Marys, Coffee and a Strawberry drink. All of them were fantastic. For food we got the veggie panini special, omelette, french toast, No huevos rancheros, burger and chicken and waffles. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious! Thanks for ending our weekend on a good note 💜

The service was excellent. Our server, Taryn, was friendly, efficient, accommodating. The food was delicious. The pickled cauliflower on the Hummus plate was outstanding! It would have been helpful to have a menu of whiskeys before the meal instead of on the dessert menu.

Just had brunch at The Merc, everything was absolutely delicious the deviled eggs were to die for and I got a biscuit just to take home. Chicken and waffles was a must, my girlfriend loved her French toast. And our puppy absolutely devoured the sausage. We had Daphne as our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend sitting outside so you can people watch will definitely come back for more.

Stopped by yesterday without reservations & they were able to fit me in. Waitress was very nice and friendly. Drinks were good, though the food took a while it was delicious. They were about to close but the waitress was kind enough to still fit dessert before the kitchen closed.The dessert was so delicious, warm chocolate brownie with fresh berries. I would recommend and come back.

I did some work here the other day editing some photos and this masterpiece of a drink is what they made for me. I simply asked for something with raspberry in it and honestly, it was one of the best drinks I’ve had. The raspberry kick with the lemon tart…a little St. Germaine liquor made by The Merc is wicked. Definitely recommend this place. Good views on Broadway and the owner is extremely nice. It’s businesses like this that make Saratoga Springs an attraction. Keep up the good work!! Also, this is definitely the best brunch spot in Saratoga Springs!

This place really offered wonderful vegetarian and non-vegy dishes . very generous servings and very tasty and well-seasoned meals . they were very accommodating as we wanted to sit outside away from people. I highly recommend stopping here for a nice meal
